DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
At this time we are only shipping orders to The United States and Canada.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping is calculated based on location. We ship from Plano, TX.
NOTE: Due to Customs Duties and Taxes there is an extra $10 handling fee on top of the shipping to go towards these.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please allow 2 to 3 business days for processing on all orders. Note, shipments may be delayed. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience during this time.

WHEN WILL MY REFUND SHOW IN MY BANK?
Due to increased volume and the impact of COVID-19, we’re experiencing delays in returns processing and your order may take longer than usual to arrive. Once your product has been received by our warehouse it can take time to receive your refund depending on your bank. The credit may not show up until your credit card’s next monthly billing cycle. Please contact your bank to see what their policy is.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unwashed, unworn, or defective may be returned within 30 days after purchase for either exchange or refund. All items returned must have the original garment tags still attached. Sale items marked final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Shipping charges for 2nd Day and/or Next Day are only refunded in the event we inadvertently sent the wrong item(s) or if the item(s) sent are found to be defective.
